Restorative Yin Workshop: GROUNDING & GRATITUDE

Our inner balance is affected by external factors - being a part of nature, we’re also influenced by the way it shifts and changes. And, just like nature we can benefit from noticing and adjusting our rhythms. By slowing down. It’s getting darker outside, but we can warm with the light of gratitude and mindfulness.
This workshop focuses on the plants, the movements, and the breath practices that will support your body during the time and transitions of Winter. We’ll find and embody relaxation “from the inside out” by bringing together the influences of Chinese Medicine, yin and restorative yoga, and meditation. Essential oils and a specially crafted herbal tea will be included at the beginning and end of the practice.
