Corkscrew Rush is an eye-catching and quirky house plant with captivating corkscrew stems and emit from its center. Perennial and evergreen, this is an easy-care house plant that adds some spiral flair to any corner or nook.

Size: This plant is in a 2'' pot. From the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant measures about 4'' - 5''.

Light: Bright, indirect light. They can be placed directly in a windowsill, but at certain times of the year (in the heat of summer) the sun may become too intense for them. The spiraling of the leaves are greatly affected by the amount of water and sunlight they receive. If they are in low light conditions, they will produce fewer curls in the leaves and their leaves can actually droop. Too much direct light can burn your plant so we recommend filtered bright light.

Water: Juncus Spiralis like it wet and needs soil that stays moist to wet since they're native to bogs and marshes. They do well in pots with no drainage!

Humidity: This plant does not need excess humidity, but it does appreciate it! If you have a bright bathroom, they'd love it there!

Temperature: They do well in average indoor temperatures but need to be kept at least 60 F to stay healthy. If you put this tender ornamental outside in a pot for the summer, bring it back in when the night time temperature drops to around 60.

Soil: This plant does well in many kinds of soil, including sand, loam or even mixed clay just as long as you keep it moist. Extremely dry areas are not suitable for the plant unless you provide superior irrigation and ensure the soil doesn't dry out.

Fertilizing: Fertilize once in early Spring.

Flower: This plant produces small flowers - not "showy" but instead known for their unique foliage.

Toxicity: Corkscrew Rush are toxic so please keep this plant away from your fur pals and young children.
