The Plant Ally is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen in transit once picked up by a courier service. Insurance is provided up to $100. If your order exceeds this amount, please contact us to purchase extra insurance if desired.
At this time The Plant Ally does not ship internationally.

Free returns & exchanges on domestic orders with eligible items.
If you would like to return your item please email us within 14-days of receipt of your order (email@example.com) with the following information and once approved, we will then email you a prepaid return shipping label.

- Any reason your item did not work out (Helps us to better our selection)
If you'd prefer to ship us your items on your own, The Plant Ally does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, unwashed and unworn. Returned items must have the original tags attached.
