Please look specifically at cancellation policies noted in your specific workshop or class - some of our teachers are traveling and out of respect for them and their time, cancellations on some classes may not be offered. In many cases, we do try to be lenient while being respectful of teacher prep time and work. Unless otherwise noted, our cancelation policy is as follows: If you are no longer able to attend the scheduled class, we require a 48 hour cancellation notice for a refund in the form of an in-store credit. If cancelations are not made within 48 hours of the course date, no refund will be offered. An additional option would be to transfer your spot to a friend by notifying us through email with no additional charge.
