Workshop FAQs
Below FAQ are some common inquiries from our customers regarding workshops. If you have other questions, please just send them to contact@theplantally.com
Please look specifically at cancellation policies noted in your specific workshop or class - some of our teachers are traveling and out of respect for them and their time, cancellations on some classes may not be offered. In many cases, we do try to be lenient while being respectful of teacher prep time and work. Unless otherwise noted, our cancelation policy is as follows:
If you are no longer able to attend the scheduled class, we require a 48 hour cancellation notice for a refund in the form of an in-store credit. If cancelations are not made within 48 hours of the course date, no refund will be offered. An additional option would be to transfer your spot to a friend by notifying us through email with no additional charge. To communicate all transfers and cancellations, please email: contact@theplantally.com with the subject line either "transfer" or "cancel" with the workshop name followed by context in the email.
Class cancellations happen from time-to-time due to low enrollment, weather, or instructor health or needs. In the event that The Plant Ally has to cancel a workshop, you will receive a 100% refund for the workshop in the form of your original payment. You will be notified as soon as possible if there is a cancellation.
Because of the variety of our classes and instructors, age is dependent on class. Please see class description for age or skill requirements.
Yes! We love hosting private classes, workshops, and events and are able to host either in-store (on certain days & hours) or we'd love to come to you to create & make off-site. Please email: contact@theplantally.come with your inquiry with the subject line: Private Event Inquiry.
If a workshop or event is sold out, you can request to be added to the wait list in case there are cancellations by emailing: contact@theplantally.com with the subject line: waitlist & the workshop name. Adding your name to the wait list does not guarantee you will be able to attend the workshop. If a space in a class opens up, we will contact you as soon as possible to get you signed-up!
